hi to everyone who is involved with such a wonderful organization. god bless and keep you. first things first don't ever give up on what you are doing. not everyone is cut out for the task that you the organizers have taken on. the road is rough and there will always be obstacles in the way, but that is when god is testing us. keep on believing and trusting in him and everything will be alright. i don't want to sound like i'm preaching but the battle is not yours, it's the lord. all the best to all of you, the arranger, the players, their parents, the board of directors and the mcfarlane family. you have done well. i had a marvelous time at the concert. i was a little sad to hear that your arranger is leaving, but maybe this could be a stepping stone to allow new things to happen for the group. don't get me wrong the arranger is a talented young man and he will go very far with his talent. but remember there is a season for everything and everyone, i do believe that, and i always say to the lord, if my time is up with what ever i'm doing help me to move on in the right direction. so if god thinks it is the arrangers time to leave, he will make it so, with out any hard feelings, but once his job is not finished with you, he will remain. just remember god works in mysterious ways and what we may think is right for us god dosen't. so again before i leave and i will stay in touch keep the faith and keep on keeping on.
